farmer's market guidelines
we advise you to read these to have a smoother experience navigating
our market when it's open for sales!

general reminders:✦ please talk in a clear and kind manner during discussion✦ provide the necessary details that need to be kept in mind for your
commission as detailed and as early as possible
(i.e.: minor design details, possible discrepancies between
reference images, personality, tone, etc.)✦ provide the proper reference images for your commission
(either provide a link to a google drive folder
or attach the images to your message)✦ i am allowed to post the finished works on my social media,
and use them for my portfolios. if you are uncomfortable
with this, contact or inform me beforehand✦ commissioning me means that you automatically
agree to the terms and conditions listed below

client and commissioner's rights:
✦ i reserve the right to decline your order for any reason✦ i retain all copyright over all of the finished work/s✦ the use of all works (ex: work in progress screenshots, sketches,
and finished works) as crypto / NFTs or as training data for
generative AI models is strictly prohibited
and will result in a permanent blacklist✦ personal use commissions will have a watermark included,
whereas watermarks on commercial use works are negotiable
payment method:
✦ take note of possible additional fees for your commission on the prices page that may increase the estimated price✦ all payments for commissions will be done through PayPal invoices in USD (united states dollar)✦ payment will be done in a 50/50 basis *✦ * for commissions done over ko-fi, the 50/50 basis does not apply✦ 50% of the total calculated price will be paid upfront before i begin working on your commission, and the other 50% will be paid after you approve of the sketch for lineart, coloring, and finalization✦ there is a 5usd charge for major revisions* after the sketch has been approved (the first major revision is free for every commission)
* major revisions = large changes to the piece✦ all clients are free to suggest minor tweaks or changes (small fixes or small details that might have been missed from the references) to the piece as the commission is being processed
processing and turnaround time:
✦ contact me through either option found in the contacts page of the carrd to discuss the details of your commission *✦ * if ordering a skeb / no contact commission, there will be strictly no contact unless after the finished product is sent to fix mistakes✦ orders would generally take around ~1 month/s. this may change due to my personal schedule as a student, but i will provide updates and inform you if i find myself needing an extension✦ updates will be sent regularly as i work on the order. i will also contact you from time to time to ask for clarifications if some parts of your order are vague or to show the current progress✦ you may ask for updates or work in progress screenshots throughout the commission process within reason✦ once finished, i will provide two versions of the finished commission's .png: a high quality watermarked version, as well as a low quality watermarked version for SNS/social media posting
refund and cancellation policy:
✦ refunds for pieces range depending on how much work
has already been done prior to asking for one as well as
how much as already been paid:
- client will receive a 40% refund if work has
already been done without completion
- client will receive a full refund if no work has
been done for their commission( ex: client has already paid 50usd past the sketch phase before asking
for a refund on their commission; yuzuuu4 will refund them 40% of 50usd which equals to 20usd )✦ in the event that the client may be too difficult to work
with in their commission, i am permitted to cancel their
order and provide them with the appropriate refund
stated above depending on work finished✦ after refunding or cancellation of a commission,
the client is no longer allowed to use the progress photos
sent during the duration of working for their use

commercial use rates:
no fee
✦ use of the finished work as a profile picture, header/banner, simply posting to share on SNS/social media, or showing the piece on stream+50% of total price
✦ use of the finished work as advertising/promotion for your brand (ex: merch promotion, sponsorship promotion, etc.)
✦ use of the finished work as assets for streaming and/or content (ex: thumbnail, panel, overlay, etc.)+100% of total price
✦ use of the finished work to be sold as digital merchandise (ex: membership rewards, album cover art, digital wallpapers, etc.)
✦ use of the finished work to be sold as physical merchandise (ex: any form of physical goods such as keychains, standees, badges, etc.)
