farmer's market guidelines

we advise you to read these to have a smoother experience navigating
our market when it's open for sales!

general reminders:
✦ please talk in a clear and kind manner during discussion
✦ provide the proper reference images for your order
✦ i am allowed to post the finished works on my social media,
and use them for my portfolios.if you are uncomfortable
with this, contact or inform me beforehand

payment method and refund policy:

✦ all payments for commissions will be done through the use of PayPal invoices
in usd (united states dollar)✦ payment will be done in a 50/50 basis
✦ 50% of the total calculated price will be paid upfront before work starts, and the other 50% will be paid after the client approves the sketch to be finalized in lineart✦ no refunds allowed especially once the sketch has been completed✦ note: complicated designs will result in a raise in the price depending on the difficulty
✦ there is a 5usd charge for revisions after the sketch phase (the first revision for every order is free)

client and commissioner's rights:

✦ i reserve the right to decline your order for any reason
✦ i retain all copyright over the finished work/s
✦ the use of all works (ex: work in progress screenshots, sketches, and finished works) as crypto / NFTs or as training data for generative AI models is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent blacklist
✦ clients are allowed to use the finished work as profile icons or their social media banner
✦ printing of, the creation of third party merchandise, or commercial use of the finished work is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent blacklist

✔ solid color backgrounds
✔ up to 4 total characters (3 will be priced as additional)✔/✘? character ships (it depends, up to discussion)✘ nsfw/suggestive

✘ furry/anthro
✘ mecha
✘ realism
✘ complicated backgrounds
✘ nfts/crypto
✘ anything that aims to send a harmful message to a person/group of people

processing and turnaround time:

✦ contact me through either option found in the contacts section of the carrd to discuss the details of your order✦ orders would generally take around ~1 month/s. this may change due to my personal schedule as a student, but i will provide updates and inform you if i find myself needing an extension✦ updates will be sent regularly as i work on the order. i will also contact you from time to time to ask for clarifications if some parts of your order are vague✦ you may ask for updates or work in progress screenshots throughout the process, provided that you do not do it every few hours or daily
